Did you know that fermenting dairy makes it many times more digestible and nutritious. We recommend using raw milk from organic pasture grazed cows to be the ultimate immune boosting food. Raw milk has over 100 beneficial bacteria and adding kefir cultures adds in another 50 or so strains.
We will be tasting some raw dairy delights and you will go home
with your very own kefir cultures to nurture and grow.
