Tina Thornton is an Integrative Health Coach. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Over the last twenty years, her programs have helped people of all ages and conditions achieve Well-being. Side effects of these programs so far include: improved energy and fitness, weight loss, reduced food cravings, reversal of allergies and arthritis, reversal of liver, kidney and heart disease, reversal of cancer and other dis-eases. Another common side effect is the reduction or elimination of medicines.

Her food and lifestyle journey began over twenty years ago when her work in documentary film took her (willingly) around the world. It served as a catalyst to help her look into various cultures, exploring lifestyle and its impact on Well-Being.
Ms. Thornton continues to study with the very best in vitality and regeneration of the body. She is also a food advocate and can be found right here at CC101 or speaking at schools, libraries, gyms, doctor’s offices, homes and churches, on the radio, teaching a class, co-creating an event or organizing a wild food outing or tour of a local farmers market.
