Ann D’Angelo, of BeMindfulBreathe, and Kristan Browne, of Attriniti Consulting, invite you to experience The Healthy Habit, Mindfulness+Discernment, a workshop designed to introduce real life applications and benefits of mindfulness and discernment. In an increasingly noisy world, how do we create space for silence and the sound of our own voice? We will be sharing our tips and thoughts on how to practice mindfulness and discernment in a way that fits your life.

Ann will start with a short guided meditation, then share simple ways to bring more mindfulness into each day. Kristan will discuss the ‘lost art of discernment’ and sharing her Spaghetti on the Wall Journal.

My mindfulness work is designed to help clients return to that original state for awareness in order to reconnect with their true selves and the world around them… with kindness and compassion.
