Preserved Moroccan-Inspired Lemons & Oranges with Brie Wakeland

Join food preservationist, Brie Wakeland, for a fun and delicious class on how to make preserved Moroccan-inspired lemons and oranges at home. Preserved lemons and oranges are delicious when added to stews, salad dressings, and more. Samples and recipes will be provided.
Through her deep involvement with the LA Arboretum, LA Public Libraries, Garden School Foundation, The Gourmandise School, and Slow Food LA, Brie has lead hundreds of classes to adults and children. She is certified as a Food Preservation Instructor through Slow Food LA, and the late Ernest Miller.
