VEGAN POP UP: ITALIAN EDUCATIONAL DINING EVENT, with Mr. Chaz

This evening’s educational dining event features Italian cuisine. Everything is 100% plant based, gluten free, dairy free, and contains no refined sugar, yet tastes creamy and incredibly delicious! During the event Mr. Chaz will demonstrate how to make the Caesar Salad Dressing, Tomato Basil Cream Pasta Sauce, and the fresh, homemade Strawberry Ice Cream! In addition, the attendees will leave with all of the recipes from the event to go home and create magic!

A little bit about the instructor, Mr. Chaz has over 15 years of catering and fine dining experience and has an extensive background in nutrition and natural healing. He is a Certified Master Nutritionist, in addition to being a Wellness Chef and the owner of a decadent raw vegan cheesecake line, Sweet Encounters. His passion for healthy cooking began at a young age when his mother fell ill and the family pulled together and became extremely focused on making better food choices. As a result, he tends to take conventional favorite dishes and recreate them without gluten, dairy or refined sugar, all of which wreak so much havoc in our bodies. His mission is to share his health knowledge and kitchen magic with others so that they too can be healthier, and look and feel their best.
