Holiday Chocolate Making, with Suzanne Peters

Learn to make deliciously healthy Holiday Chocolates using nutrient-dense ingredients! In this hands-on class we will be making decadent chocolate with Suzanne Peters, our grain-free baker and chocolatier. Local honey and chocolate that is sugar free and low carb (made with Swerve and/or Lakanto) will deliciously replace the junky ingredients of common commercial sweets. An array of icing centers will include: peanut butter, almond butter, buttered pecan, peppermint creme, pistachio creme, shredded coconut creme [a la Mound bars] and ginger creme. (Icing will be made with nutrient-dense coconut butter, organic butter, and either honey or Swerve [for sugar free and low carb].) A dairy free option will also be included.
