Fighting Inflammation with Food + CBD Class and Tastings, with Alexandra Poer & Shari Boyer

Alexandra Poer, of alexandra’s table, and Shari Beyer, of Plant Society, will lead a hands-on workshop that will help participants to transform inflammation!  Alexandra and Shari will demonstrate with foods that fight inflammation in the most delicious way, and talk about CBD as it assists in reversing inflammation, and ways to incorporate it into our food creations!
We will make:
  • A vibrant greens, cacao, and blueberry salad with a turmeric, ginger, curry, citrus and CBD oil dressing
  • Avocado toast (on our sourdough Einkorn bread) with a spinach, parsley and walnut pesto and CBD drizzle
  • CBD bitters with Jun refresher
Participants will see how everything is made, get hands on, and get to eat everything!
You will discover how inflammation is the source of disease, and how you can fight it with food and CBD.  You will receive all recipes.
