SEXY CRANBERRY KRAUT & CRANBERRY CHUTNEY, with Monica Ford

Transform your Holiday table with Sexy Cranberry Kraut! This delicious, vibrant kraut is guaranteed to please! Pair it up with the jeweled flavors of Cranberry Chutney and you will have quite the dynamic duo!

Learning to ferment vegetables, fruits and spices will increase their digestibility, nutritional value, and allow you to create your own probiotic foods. Fermented vegetables and their juices are chock full of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, vitamin C and B vitamins which help to re-establish proper intestinal flora, in the most delightful way!

Class demonstration will be led by Monica Ford of Real Food Devotee.

In addition, you will go home with a jar of each of your own fermenting magic that will be ready to eat just in time for Thanksgiving!
