We invite you to join us for a special gathering to share in a finer dining experience! This Featured Chef Series Pop-Up Dinner brings together the highest quality locally-sourced ingredients with the talents of Chef Cynthia Mendoza.
Organic, pasture-raised lamb medallions prepared with Mediterranean spices, dried apricots and olives, topped with blanched almonds and served with fermented Moroccan carrots.
Fattoush-Style Salad with Sumac Dressing
A delightful sweet finish of dates, with a delicate drizzle of olive oil and rose water, topped with a touch of flaked sea salt
You are invited to bring in your favorite bottle of wine, or drink to accompany your meal. We will of course be sharing our fermented beverages to round out your dining experience!
